Outside Sundays

Outside Sundays is an ongoing series of afternoon getaways extending the concepts behind "Theory Tuesdays" and "Practical Fridays". On any given Sunday, an invited person chooses a destination to visit together. The destination is not published beforehand and is reachable by foot and/or public transportation. A typical getaway takes between 2-4 hours.

Laura Zachmann chose this Sunday’s getaway destination. Chantal Küng passed her invitation on and invited Laura Zachmann for the twentythird Outside Sunday, on the occasion of: Kunst am Bau – die Führung.

– Laura Zachmann knows how to roll mobile hotels into institutions, how to re-enact the changes plants undergo due to climate change, how to think the didactic, and how to drop out off architecture school. She is too old to study theatre education and too young to be an art educator. She kind of moves in between. In between those two, and in between other things as well. In between what is and what might be. In between Kunst und Bau. –
